Please look out for a member of our team who will be waiting at arrivals wearing Pioneer Plays’ uniform and holding a “Pioneer Plays Transfers” board. You will be taken to our transfer bus and escorted to your hotel. We have numerous buses running concurrently and you should not have to wait more than 30 minutes after you exit arrivals. At your hotel reception where you’ll be greeted by members of the Pioneer Plays’ team. If you purchased a wristband only option, you’ll need to collect your wristband from the Pioneer Plays’ Information Desk, located at the Bora Bora Hotel Reception from 3rd July (12 noon – 12 midnight) and daily from (9am – 1pm & 6pm – 10pm). Please contact our number above if arriving outside of these times.
Transfers to and from all our events will take place at all 3 of our designated hotels. Departure times will be communicated via Pioneer Plays’ representative. Please look out for additional information upon wristband collection and daily WhatsApp messages.

Check in starts at 4pm for all hotels. ,If you arrive early the hotel staff will try their best to get you checked in if a suitable room is available. All 3 of the designated hotels have a luggage room where you can store your luggage whilst you chill by the pool until your room is ready.

If you pay via the payment plan option, you will pay the first instalment at the time of booking and then pay the subsequent instalments monthly.
A £30 payment plan fee is added for this service. The first instalment may differ between ticket tiers.
Balance payments must be made as per the terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so would put you at risk of the booking being cancelled and losing any money already paid towards the ticket(s).
If you’ve set up a payment plan and saved your card, you can update your payment details by logging into https://malta.pioneerplays.com. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment card remains valid and up to date. If you need to change your card details, please do so before your next installment is due.
If you have set up a payment plan, we will automatically charge each installment on the scheduled payment dates. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are successful.
If we cannot process a payment due to issues like an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank decline, don’t worry. We will retry the payment in seven days, giving you time to resolve the issue or update your payment method. Please note, if the same payment fails three times, your booking may be at risk of cancellation.
First, contact your bank, as they can provide details on why your transaction was declined. The issue may be related to the implementation of 3D Secure by financial institutions, which is causing some technical difficulties for online shoppers. To prevent this, ensure that your bank has your current contact information, allowing you to verify transactions easily.
